The Cretan White cheese is produced from the same traditional techniques as our soft cheese, which is also known as Feta, but their main difference is that cow milk is used instead of a mixture of sheep and goat milk.

It is a soft table cheese, with a creamy color, a few or no holes and a salty taste.

It can accompany any dish, and is an ideal filling for pies.
